Greedy Assupol

I recently lost my partner who had a life cover with Assupol from 2013. When I claimed I was told that the policy lapsed and was reinstated after 3 months of its lapsing. My claim was rejected due to the fact that my partner passed on in the 7 month. Assupol is now refusing to provide me with a subsequent contract or an agreement between them and my partner. They have sent the initial agreement dated 2013. I need to get to the bottom of this. I have sent numerous emails but i am being ignored. I have gone as far as instructing an attorney to help me with this but still Assupol is just ignoring all communication. How come the terms of the reinstatement are now nowhere to be found, how come my partner's premium increased if the new policy meant starting afresh? Assupol stop gambling with people's lives because of greed.
