Great intervention from Sanlam. Efficiency is possible.

Thanks to Sanlam for a successful intervention and having my matter resolved as efficiently as possible. I used the word efficiently to this rightful review because that’s what should happen to servicing departments to maintain their competitive advantage. Employees should be given strict objectives and held accountable. The fact that the matter was resolved is an indication that it’s possible to be efficient. All it takes is to drive results and get people to do their work and not wait to be pushed around.

One last suggestion is to consider automating some of your processes so that employees can start working.
