Great Customer Service

<p>Would like to thank Nceba Christopher Thoba for an awesome service he rendered after my mom passed away.my dad had a funeral cover sanlam that he had totally 4goten at the time. Just when we were confused Nceba contacted my dad out of the blue and advised him that he had a funeral plan with my mom listed in sanlam and sent him the claim forms. He has been there in guiding us and helping us through out the claim process. The claim was approved and dad received the cash today morning. Tommorrow we will be able to bury my mom in peace all thanks to Nceba for his wonderful job and asistance. We need people like him in our lives and Sanlam need to keep such hard to get wonderful employee. Thanks Ncebo Christopher Mhlabane.</p>
