Good service

Taking up a completely digital policy can come with a bit of discomfort, as there is no way to call or physically interact with a service agent. I’ve had the Sanlam indie policy for over a year now and in all my attempt to interact with them, the service has been interactive with good response rate in resolving any query I brought forward.
