Good riddance to bad *******

Never, ever again. I'm DONE with you. One can just look at your customer score on here and the encyclopedic litany of complaints to realize what a bad taste you leave. I've paid off my loan with you in full (provided by DirectAxis *face palm*) and now all that I owe you on my Money Saver and I cancelled my account. Consider yourself cancelled entirely. You are DISMAL and soon, your time, too, will be up. You're clearly not keeping with the times. The fatal mistake(s)? 1. Your links with DirectAxis. 2. You claim not to do 'tiers', yet there they are, just under a different guise, with goal posts that keep on shifting and more tiresome to attain. 3. Your benefits? A joke. You know where you can place your movie tickets and 2 month's access to Showmax (honestly? Showmax?) 4. You under estimate and under value your clients. You see numbers and not people. Data streams and not ambition or potential. Your time is up, because you're still doing business as usual. In case you haven't noticed, things have changed and will continue to do so even more. I predict that you won't be around in 3 years' time. So au revoir. I won't be shedding any tears. PS: Don't bother to respond about how sorry you are, that mistakes were made etc etc. It won't stick, like your way of doing business, which will soon hit the fan.

Sanlam Personal Loans (aka DirectAxis) why are you requesting access to my statement data from my bank AGAIN after I willingly provided you with an e-stamped statement earlier today? Does it not count as a legal, legitimate document? This has been done without my consent and is unsettling, if not highly irregular. Fortunately my bank alerted me of this fact and I immediately called their ***** department to deny you access to this information. You better explain yourself very, very clearly. Two words: POPI Act. Access denied.

Another tidbit of information regarding the above. This comes after the consultant told me that my bank has not been responding to these sort of requests 'for the last two weeks'. So, I consented to do it for him to expediate the process. Now all of a sudden you do it anyway, without asking me, seven hours after that initial call you made to me and AFTER you declined the 'offer' you made in the first place.
Oh, then there's this: after the salesperson did his sch****, I was put through to an assessor who asked all the usual questions. When it came to transport (I don't own a car as a principle- climate change and all that) she asked me how I got around, which I explained and then she asked who paid for the petrol and what his/her name is! ROFL. What in heaven's name does it got to do with you? Not even Franz Kafka can come up with this kind of stuff. Haven't heard of him? DO look him up. Awfully good writer. My relationship with you as an entity has been one big SNAFU from day one, as the myriad of emails I've archived between us proves. This will be my last missive to you. Frightfully busy and all that.
