There is a phenomenal lady at the sanlam gap escalations department that went out of her way to help me with some of my claims and I think she deserves the credit and that Sanlam should give her recognition. I explained to her that my daughter has a condition called spina bifida and send her documents stating all the expenses etc.She went out of her way to get all this to the right department for them to consider an ex gracia payment. My daughter is semi paralyzed in her left foot after a spinal operation and she is only 2 years old. Thanks dear for listening to this mom and that you went out of your way to assist me.
