Give Me My Money

I've got Safrican funeral insurance through my employer and I'm not happy with the service I'm receiving. I claimed in October 2020 when my mother passed away. In August 2023 I claimed for my father and I was under the impression that the premium I was paying for was R20 000 payout as I was paying double the amount. R10 000 was only paid to me for pay premiums for R20 000 cover.

Please pay my R10 000!!!

I don't want to add additional members as they have been declined , now that you know you owe me you want to add members. I also don't want the premiums back that you think you owe me for R10 000 payout. I want my R10 000 as I was paying for R20 000 cover.
