Get-Paid voucher not yet received

Hi there,

I was contacted by Sanlam Indie 2 weeks ago about a funeral policy. I was told that I'd qualify for the Get Paid voucher provided I take part in the quotation by Sanlam. A lady by the name of Helen informed me that the voucher will be sent within 5 days. It's been 2 weeks since the call and I haven't received it. I called last week to follow up and Helen told me she will get back to me today 11 April 2023 to finds out from Get paid but no call received. She told me that I didn't take the policy therefore I don't qualify, I informed her that that was not what she had said to me in the beginning. I understand that as part of Get-Paid's clauses we as the public are not obligated to take up any services when I'm in contact with a third party marketer but I was made to feel that way and I dont appreciate it. Can someone please rectify this and get back to me soonest. Thanks
