Gaurdian Trust Fund - ***

on 03/04/2014, i received a letter from Sanlam that my little brother has R31 773.59 (from our late mom's retirements) and i asked that it must be put on Sanlan Guardian Trust and that i do not need any monthly allowance as i will need to settle his hostel fees for 2015. on March 2015 i emailed requesting the fund to settle his hostel fees (R29 000.00), included the statement from the school, my motivational letter and the confirmation letter from the school. on the 27/03/2015 i got a call from Sivuyile telling me that the amount that is on the fund is less than what i request, which suprised me but he refused to tell me what is there. i sent an email request immediately for a statement. sent a follow up email on the 01 and 08 April but no one has come back to me. am not happy at all. these fees need to be paid as soon as possible.
