Gap Cover issues remains unresolved.

Gap Cover issues remains unresolved: For the past 5 months I have been liaising with Kaelo regarding the continuation of my gap cover as a private client. Every month since October 2019 Ive had to contact Kaelo to either remind them to deduct my premium or that the incorrect premium was deducted from my account. Furthermore random reductions have since been made on my bank account in the middle of the month and not the agreed dates. I am being prejudiced and having to suffer the consequences for the consequences of Kaelo.

If this matter cannot be resolved I will have no choice but to cancel my gap cover with sanlam, which by the way Kaelo on one occasion informed me that my cover was canceled after ive submitted my prove of conituation of gap cover.

I feel as if I am not a valued client.
