Fustrated

I exited the fund on the 31st of Decemeber 2022,i only submitted ny documents only in Jan as eveeyone was on leave,i recently changed my option from part cash to full cash. Ive worked for EB in Sanlam and i knw for a fact that itax responds within 2 hours for a tax directive bt everytime i follow up on my claim i keep geting an excuse about the directive its really fustrating thags why im complaining
