Furious and disappointed

The worst place ever. I cancelled my life cover with them last year but they were still deducting on my payslip. Finally got a hold of them through another service provider and got my policy cancelled. It’s been more than a week since I requested for a refund. There is no communication at all, they were suppose to get back to me within 48hours but it’s been a week.
