Funeral Policy not paid out

Good Evening

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Sanlam Funeral Policy.

I lodged a claim on the 28th of October 2025 and till date they have been back and forth with the claim.

I have been told that my case is under review but now the issue is dragging.I have submitted all docs required and supporting docs for those that I can't get now nor I don't have control over. They are aware of my unique case but I feel as if they are hiding behind the thumb.

I feel as if Sanlam is not doing justice and is not for the people of Southa Africa.
