Funeral policy did not payout and I was forced to loan to cover burial costs

<p>Policy cover is there to payout for unforseeable incidents and when it happens and the Insurer is not responding in accordance with the contract it becomes a nightmare. It is worse at one point they called to traumatise me with awkward questions more of an interrogation about the accident ,they even called my father and every one now that I am claiming but when I was joininng they never bother with any questions .</p> <p>I lost my cousin brother in car accident on 04/07/2016 and I had a funeral policy cover with Sanlam Sky they have been "validating" the incident since then until now and I had no choice but to seek for financial assistance somewhere to cover burial costs although I have an active funeral policy cover.</p> <p>I am warning everybody out there to be careful not to end up in the misery like me, </p>
