Funeral policy

For the 2nd time having a serious problem when claiming with assupol. I thought the 1st time is just a minor problem. My child has passed away both myself and my wife we are covered by assupol. I have submitted all the documents required by them. Now they are asking me to go to home affairs and verify the death certificate. Who is responsible for doing that?. In my all meetings of Saps I have been asking the assupol consultants to come and present I didn't know that they are ******** people. I won't stop I will tell everyone about assupol. I have buried my child using my savings money while I was paying assupol. Very bad life insurance
