Funeral policy cancellation at Assupol.

I have been trying to cancel a funeral policy since last November 2023. They gave me an email address to send the cancellation request form to which I did on 28 December 2023, giving 30 days notice.To date they still deduct the premium from my check account per debicheck on the 1st monthly. I sent emails to their cancellation, customer service and complaints departments but no response. Only the automated reply that they received the email. L Pretorius
