Funeral Policy Cancelation

I canceled my policy with then they Recieved my cancelation form but it will take 5 working days to receive proof of cancelation letter. I have to proceed with my claim with EMPOWERFIN to bury my Cousin on Friday now they tell me it takes 5days. I now want to cancel all my policy's with them poor service I can not tolerate. I pay R4000 every month for policy's with them. Same people on my policy with EMPOWERFIN with bigger cover I pay R1600.
