Funeral policy

<p>Hi,I'm a Member for Safrican funeral company I have a policy with them.started to be their member 2013,but this year in July on the 4th I added my uncle on the policy and they started to debit me the very same month,and this month its the sixth month and they are are still going to debit cos our payroll where I work closes on the 11th monthly,my uncle passed away on the 4th this month,their policy point number 4says their sixth waiting period doesn't count the total premiums but months from the moment when u join.now what is boring they take their time to reply me I have sent a communication from da next day after I lost my uncle, some say submitt the claim others say this and that ,ever since I sent an email to Oliver Hlubi she has never bothered to reply me.this for me is the worst service ever.even now its still quiet.</p>
