Funeral plan pay out period

Never ever take out n funeral plan from Sanlam. They advertise n 48 hour pay out time. It is now been 37days since I submitted n claim. When you phone the call center no one can give an answer as to when they will pay or explain the reason for the delay. You can never speak to the person responsible for the next step. Avoid Sanlam at all costs. Grossly inefficient but quick to take your money.
