Funeral Insurance Policy still not paid

Good day,<br> <br> My name is Thabang Mahonko with ID number *** & I joined Safrican funeral cover on 22-10-2012 while I was working for Trident steel & it happened that we got retrenched in April 2015 I then immediately went to the Safrican offices in Rosebank to have a continuation done on my policy. In a matter of weeks after that my grandmother passed away. I did a claim & they referred to a lady called Mpumi at their braamfontein offices she then told me that she will process my claim & I that I had to pay a 1month premium because my claim had not lapsed & she told me to pay R323.70 to safrican so my claim could be paid out. After a week she told me to deposit an extra R150.00 of which I did in their safrican bank account & I still did not receive my payment. She did not keep any contact with me until she emailed my daughter on the 11-08-2015 telling her that I should go to the safrican offices in rosebank to clarify some issues. When I got to the offices on the 12-08-2015 I met up with Lerato & Jennete who told me that my policy had lapsed. This was a shock to me cos when I claimed I was just behind by 1 premium which I paid & they made me pay R473.70 all along.
