Funeral Cover that was not paid
I could not bury my relative last year 2014 in September because of the money that was not paid for the funeral cover that I took at Sanlam Sky in 2010, aftrer all the stop orders that has happened for 4 yrs I could not get a cent for my relative. I would like to know to who ever responsible at Sanlam Sky what happenned to my claim or what happened to the money? I am very disappointed as a loyal customer at Sanlam Sky then at time of need was being rejected. Please help!
