Funeral cover claim
Am very disappointed by assupol rustenburg I went there to claim and the claim forms was sent to the jacobeth on the 30th July and informed them that the funeral will be on the 3rd August 2024 she didn't bother to do the claim at the branch they didn't even bother to call me about my claim I went there today around 11:00 that's when they decided to open my claim. Rustenburg assupol very very bad, disgusting service I won't even recommend it to anyone

07 Aug 2024, 08:01Am disappointed with the service of assupol I think I should leave and look for another funeral insurance where they treat clients well just received some of the claim money that's not full amount I should receive this is unacceptable
