Funeral cover
I was approached by a sanlam agent by the name of Nombulelo selling me a funeral cover and I covered five people and she said they will deduct 351 a month and to my surprised they only covered three people excluding me and my son I have tried contacting the agent to sort out my issue she has been making promises to sort out the issue but not doing anything I have contacted her called her she now ignores my calls so I want sanlam to cancel my insurance and pay me back the money they have been deducting on my salary I'm not happy at all with their service
