My mother who is now a pensioner has 2 policies with you guys, she has gone to your offices query her policies that also have an issue with debiting even though the money is available but they never go off now when thinking the issue was resolved she recently receives an SMS stating 1 policy has lapsed due to non payment when the debit order goes through for the other policy and the updates were doe for both(Mind u this month the policy did not debit). After having a policy for more than 10 years you decide to stop debiting and tell her she should pay arrears or it will lapse when it is not her fault but the issue is on your side and have the audacity to get an agent to call her for sales of opening new policies knowing very well she is above the age of opening a policy and adding all those dependents she had on the "Lapsed" policy. You are a bunch of ****mers and definitely stopping these debit orders was the plan to get those policies lapsed so the premiums for all these years were all for your earnings and since she is a pensioner there will be no follow up SIES
