Funeral Claims and Retirement Enquiries

I'm very disappointed with the kind of service I received from SANLAM SKY. I submitted claims before my the 20th of October and I was told after the first claim paid I will receive a communication telling me which documents i need to submit for the deceased retirement.

And im still waiting for that communication.
