Funeral claim still not paid out 12 DAYS LATER!!!
I am utterly disappointed in Assupol! I lost my father on the 26th of April 2024, lodged a funeral claim with assupol on the 26th of April 2024. Today is the 8th of May 2024 and we still have not heard nor received anything from Assupol! We only got a message offering condolences and a reference number! This has really added sooooo much stress during such a sad time of our lives :(
