Funeral claim not processed

I submitted all documents for death claim on Tuesday 10/10/23 and I have not received any communication to this date and time. I’m losing valuable time to prepare and arrange for the funeral due to this inconvenience and lack of clear communication and process from your end. if there’s no favourable feedback/outcome from your end by COB today 12/10/23 I will be escalating the issue to the office of the Ombud firs thing tomorrow morning.
