Funeral Claim not paid

My aunt lost her partner 8 April 2015 and she submitted a claim for funeral payout as she had taken a funeral policy for her partner,last week Sanlam said as her partner had died in an accident so they needed further documents(police report,councillors letter) which was faxed on Thursday(23/04/2015) however she was told Sanlam needs to do investigation and the money will be paid in 5 days.Today she received a call that they will now take 21 days to investigate before any payout.This has added stress and aggravated the trauma as she is still grieving for her partner.We would like you to assist us as all this is confusing and heartbreaking<br> <br> Aunt's name:Zuzile Maureen Khuzwayo<br> Contact Details:*** /***<br>
