Funeral claim

My uncle had a funeral policy with Tshireletso funeral policy underwritten by Assupol. We claimed on Monday for funeral this Saturday, they taking more than 5 days for us to receive the money to prepare for the funeral.

It's Thursday now the 29th of August we have to wait until Friday late for the money to come through, how are we supposed to prepare for the funeral on Friday? While the funeral is Saturday?

Disappointed 😞, I'm thinking of canceling my insurance with them
