Funeral claim delay

Iam very devastated with the claims department I submitted a funeral cover claim for my mother on the 14-10-2025 was told it will reflect within 48 hours .i had to borrow money to bury my mom.ive sent emails im not receiving any feedback iam given run around im not happy at all.
