Funeral claim.

Firstly they say you can do a funeral claim online knowing the portal is not working then you email and they give you turnaround time if 3 hours which does not happen, they escalated after you called them and nothing happens still. Funeral is tomorrow and the funeral benefit is not paid. How is that fair to us as customers.
