Funeral claim
I put a funeral claim on the 04th of July 2023 to Fhumulani Tshifaro I send him an email again this morning trying to get correspondence on Assupol but I don't receive any correspondence. I'm so stressed as I have to bury my brother tomorrow nothing has been paid yet whilst I have been paying for my policy since 2021. I really don't understand these places when you put a claim it has to be a struggle whilst you've been paying the policy.
