Funeral claim

Safrican is the worse funeral policy you could ever have. We have been paying a funeral plan for over 20 years and submitted a claim on the 5th January 2021. Till today, nothing has happened. When I called today, they said the claim has been rejected due to incorrect benefit amount. I mean after 20 years. Who's fault is that
