Funds Transfer taking very long

Good Afternoon,<br> <br> I have changed jobs in last year and wanted to transfer my pension fund to my Retirement annuity. Having completed the forms, and handing it to my employer then, I was told it would take up to 9 weeks. 5 months later the funds were received in August 2015 at Sanlam. I then receive a phone call in November from my previous broker, him asking me who is dealing with my accounts, cause the amount was with Sanlam but they do not know what to do with the amount or where to distribute it.<br> <br> The person asking the questions from Sanlam, Magda Meyer, had the account number it needed to be transferred to. And according to my most recent benefits statement, the money is still not in my account, and on there it shows that my broker is Pierre Stoop. <br> <br> Pierre has advised me that they have completed the necessary paperwork, and it has been sent through to Sanlam. But why is the funds still not showing? I am losing valuable interest, that can be to my benefit.<br> <br> I'm considering closing my accounts and moving elsewhere.<br> Thanks<br> <br> Rick
