Funds not being released for a deceased.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service that one has received from Sanlam. My sister passed in 2018 , six years has passed with the 2 policies being released. She left 2 kids behind and I have been struggling to support the kids. I have back and forth and it has reached a point where I do not know what to now for the funds to be released.
