Frustrating

You log into the app and follow all the prompts, get to booking the virtual doctor , everything freezes or goes blank , this is a constant because it doesn’t only happen once , it is frustrating because you pay and expect comfort but not with Sanlam , then the worst is calling their CT offices, either the lines goes unanswered and if they answer, they will then call you back - which never happens
