Frustrated

I've been with assupol from 2010, I heard about demutualization shares and when I app**** for my share,I was told my share was already paid.the shares were paid into someone else's account not mine,they then told me they will investigate,they then told me that, IT is busy and the money will be paid in 10_14 working days,that was in November 2020, till to date there is still no payment done.
