********** debi check from Sanlam without my concent or knowledge

I am utterly appauled at the response tome from this company. I received a debicheck from a company listed as cashfin which i mistakenly approved. I contacted my bank to have this debicheck cancelled and then again after 2 days or more to have the funds sent back and only to be advised that this is Sanlams accounts. Its listef as life cover and that I need to contact you guys to get this money back. Either Sanlams people are luring people in for policies under false pretences which is suible or you have people working for you who are fraufing clients! I need you to look into this because i am at the point of taking this further.
