********** company with ********** sales people

In 2019 we tried to claim for my Grandmother's funeral from Assupol. When we got to the offices we were told that she was not covered but her account was debited for the longest time. Everyone from the family knew about this cover. When we got to the offices we were told she had covered her brother, who had long passed in 2008. This cover was taken way after that. When the policy was taken, I was asked for my ID numbers because I was the beneficiary on the policy. We decided to bury my grandmother with money from our own pockets and leave this ********** company be. I just remembered this because the company popped up in my search engine as I was shopping around for insurance. The reviews I have found here are an eye opener. I should have been more active on Hellopeter before, our family would not have been put through all that nonsense. I would not recommend anyone gets insured with Assupol.
