I did receive a call, but the consultant said she will send me an email last week im still waiting even now.I think you should take this matter seriously cause i consider this as a *****, i will go to the high court about this matter. You cant delay when you have to sort this out dont take your time, send me that email urgently thank you

Good morning, its good to hear that im being valued as a client, but just make sure that your clients are happy i think thats important. To be honest im not happy on behalf of the stuff of Aliwal North Pick n Pay we are dissapointed that Sanlam didn't call us to confirm that we really do want the provident fund as we didnt sign anything with them, anyway im still waiting for the email and the call to confirm that i really got the email and the feedback on what did our employer say when you called him. We need to know what kind of a provident fund that doesn't have a beneficiary, whats going to happen to my money if i die today

Sir, how is explaining gonna help people need the contract terminated cause it was done behind their backs.. and its not what they asked for, we got a life cover instead of provident fund. My employer is one phone call away, call him and terminate the contract we cannot wait for the consultant thats gonna come after weeks or month, we have been waiting we ran out of patiance, Call the guy and terminate the contract we dont know how but do it. We are the one's losing money not you.. we are not going to stop writting on Hellopeter till we get what we want.

Clearly you are taking us for granted, we have asked you to call the employer of Aliwal North Pick n Pay regarding the termination of the fund and give us a feedback, we have been waiting for the consultant but none of that is happening. You leaving us no choice but to take this matter to people that are dealing with ***** at CCMA

Consultant is coming on the 19th and she is going to address all our concerns, we still waiting for someone from Sanlam, you promiced that you are going to send someone from Sanlam in town, you said you will call our employer who got us involved with Sanlam without our permission, now you telling us someone is coming on the 19th.. the person you sending to us was here not long time ago she said she doesn't know a thing same as our employer. Why is it difficult for you to get here and deal with this matter yourself and we are expecting people who got us into this to suffer the consequences. We need to surrender from the contract we have with you dont forget that.

Good day, its Aliwal North Pick n Pay again. We still waiting for Sanlam's help regarding the life cover they claim to be a pension fund. Another year is finished without a Correspondence that shows how much we have so long by law we were supposed to be getting such, we haven't signed any form about the beneficiaries or the next of kin. What is going to happen to our money if something might happen to us. We really need to know why is Sanlam allowing such to happen at their presence why cant they deal with our employer and do as we wish by terminating our contract with them. but still how are they going to do that cause we never signed anything with them all they need to do is stop this life cover of theirs and give back our money cause this is *****. We never signed anything with them, i repeat we never signed any form nor Contract with Sanlam so how are they involved with this? What did they do? Why cant they stop this? Does this cover appear as a pension fund to you? If so why cant we get anything from you? Why cant we get Correspondence? why cant we sign forms of beneficiaries? Why are they quiet or is it how Sanlam treats clients.

Im expecting the business to reply as im seeking help on how to end the problem they got us into.. you guys really need to reply cause im not going to stop writting im even going to call and send emails straight to someone whose going to help me with this..

Goodmorning .. we are waiting for Sanlam to reply whats the use of keeping quiet when we need to cancel the pension fund you got us into.. you dont need to keep quiet as we noticed everything that you did to us we never signed a contract with you but you are busy keeping our money that you claim is for pension fund.. the is alot of companies that we should sign a contract with, companies that care and respect their clients so that they invest our money, companies that are not going to rob us with our money, i mean companies that are loyal. Everyone is aware of everything, Sanlam and our employer are hidding something from us but we are not going to talk about that now we just want to know how did you approve our contract with you about the pension fund when we never signed anything from you? Who is the beneficiary? Why are we not getting any correspondence? We sent you emails you didn't care to reply.. is this how you treat all your clients or its just only us in Aliwal North Pick n Pay.

You have been doing that since last year you even promiced you going to send someone from Sanlam to the store.. dont you have a better move? and why dont you guys answer my question about our Contract with you, we never signed anything with you but the fund was approved. How? Dont you consider that as a *****? And why are you protecting our employer, we know Law according to regulation 28 what you did is against the law. We are trying to fix this and you are still trying to act smart, just know our next move, we are taking this to our lawyers so they can deal with it according to the law of South Africa. We are tired of Sanlam and the employer of Pick n Pay.

Why are you not answering my questions, we need to know how is it approved and why do we have to wait 6 to 12 months before the payment could be made when we didnt sign anything with you? We need answers now so that we can report who ever filled your contract using our details

Now you are asking us to stop sending emails on Hellopeter, and you are sending my employer to me instead of calling me. How is this an harrassment, when you are failing to deliver and you are busy investing our money without us filling up any contract with you, look open a case against me an say i am making false accussations about Sanlam on hellopeter so that i go to jail !!

When we started writting emails on hellopeter, i said on behalf of the staff of Aliwal north Pick n Pay.. its not only Joseph responsible for this complaint the is no use saying dear Joseph.. and Brendon told me its your first time calling him but on the previous email you said you have been providing my employer with the relavant information, i dont know why we appear as idiots to you but we are not.. please stop replying on my gmail account whatever that you need to tell me you should tell me here i have a problem with that account well you will have to reply here.. again how did you approve our contract with you when we didnt sign anything with you? Good morning, last year i received a call from the lady called Anna, she said she has been trying to help Aliwal north Pick n Pay with this fund matter for years.. she i the one who promiced to send someone from Sanlam to resolve this, she is the one who said she will contact my employer since last year, then Brendon said he received a call yesterday and it was his first time receiving a call. So i think Anna should be brought forward to answer my questions.. we need the whole story regarding the fund she is the right person to answer these questions, Pick n Pay need answers.

What is your reason not to answer us anymore?you **** and said you are replying on my gmail accout but the is nothing there.. clearly you know everything about this you are responsible for this *****. We thought as much that you wont reply..maybe you are asking yourself how did we find out about your provident fund, you are leaving us no choice but to open a ***** case against you cause none of us remember when they gave you their personal details so that you fill up the contract with them, you need to let us know how did the contract be approved when we never signed a thing with Sanlam.
