Hi, my name is Matthew sokopo i was de*****ed by a consultant of sanlam who used my information to opened a funeral policy using my details, i detected this on my payslip and quickly contacted sanlam centre, which confirmed that someone had **********ly opened a sanlam sky funeral policy using my particulars, but the names of beneficiaries and the people who were covered were all ****..i then opened a case of ***** at Johannesburg central police station. I also obtained a statement that i handed to sanlam for my refund and their own investigation.. i then recieved a letter in a form of an email saying that my policy had been cancelled and that and i may lose benefits..
