Becareful Sanlam trust fund is a ****, with extremely exhausting and *********** staff with a stinking attitude. You would swear they are doing you a favor or you are borrowing the money. Last year they refused to pay for my son's extra lessons despite me sending all the necessary documentation including my son's reports to show that he really needs the lessons, December i had to make a plan for my son to get clothes because they were sending me from pillar to post, Now my son is suspended from school because they haven't paid the fees since January, that's just to mention a few. They would just change rules without notification to the beneficiary how sick is that. Mind you im not even dealing with a branch, its the "HEADOFFICE" .
