Follow up on provident fund at sanlam sky for Gretchen malekele

My name is Gretchen malekele I have been waiting for my provident fund for 2 months now at sanlam sky on the 1st of June I wrote a review here on hello Peter and sanlam responded on the 4th of June that my payment is processed and I must expect it withing 2-3weeks it's now 3 weeks and I haven't gotten any payment I tried emailing them but they are not responding when I do a follow up
