Flawed debit order process

Debit orders process flawed and prejudicial to me as a client, I have had countless discussions with you regarding my debit order date but you continously debit my account on the wrong date. This is totally unacceptable at this day and age to have a debit order system that is not aligned to customer centricity the pain of having to write this complaint is very unnecessary especially having to address such an issue more than once. Honestly you can do much better
