Fix my policy
Can someone explain why I’m dealing with this issue again? My account is on arrears amount with R241 this was dealt with and closed!! why is this so difficult to understand? And fix? Now this lady is telling me I have R241 outstanding yet YOU people confirmed that it was fixed and my policy I have been paying R197 all this time
This again is going to give issues when I have to claim can this be fixed urgently
