Finalize your outstanding hospital claim submitted

This is a claim i had almost forgotten about. I Sanlam requested medical reports and files to which my specialist was the respondednt. The specialist informed me that i should tell the company( Sanlam) to contact him personally, which i did. when i later inquired from the doctor he had explained to them about my hospitalization circumstances, but eversince, i never got any of the accruing benefits. <br> <br> On Monday 24 August, i received an SMS reminding me to submit 'Outstanding Documents in order to finalize my claim. Is this true? Bearing in mind that i should go back to the doctor again to check for those documents if they are still available, but the doctor in questionis still alive. Can Sanlam be more revealing in terms of this unfinished claim, while i will be reviving the search and negotiating with the Doctor.
