Feeling annoyed

I have a policy with assupol and insured my aunt,my counsin also has a policy with assupol she also insured the same aunt,my problem is that every now and then I get communication that is meant for my cousin, and I think she also gets communication that is meant for me.I have raised this with assupol last year to my surprise this is still happening. I sent them an email 4 days ago and they did not bother to respond, they are *********** and unprofessional.thisnis so frustrating and I cannot be going through the same thing over and over again.
