As i coulnt give feedback to my last complain i decided to write another one.this is regarding the tax no of my late father john bareng moitsheki as i was adviced that the negotiations with sars will take some time not knowing will it be months,years or weeks we went to sars office our selfs and we were told the letter of authority we produced is incorrect so we went back to court and they said before they can issue us another letter of authority they will need balance statement which state how much is my father,s claim money and we were given a letter so we can send it to sanlam in release of bank statement.and unfortunetly it was on the 29th of january i did even told bongi who works under sanlam and she said she will discuss this with the managers and get back to us. as we are on a hurry for the release of the claim as we need to further our studies we would like to know wheter we should fax the letter from court or being told how long will the negotiation take so we can be patient.and truly its been long almost 13 years and 8 months of being send to pillar to post without any success we almost on our way to give up regarding this claim as we see no positive feedback
