False information

Good day i have opened a policy last week but am not happy with what i received its not what the guy explained i would like to cancel all those policy 3 of them immediately please i tried calling and there is no answer

somebody called me Yesterday and said he is canceling the 2 policy he cant cancel the 3rd one because its active they must first debit

how come its active while i was told it will start debiting on the 1st of June but the consultant i spoke to yesterday said it was captured for the 31st but i don't remember having any agreement with you about that

And don't we have a 30 days cooling off of cancelation why the consultant say he cant cancel the active and it was activated without my concern i didn't even receive any documents for the third policy but it was activated how?

please cancel those policy because ill go and reverse the funds..
