False application of debt review

Good day

On the 22nd of June i was called by Sanlam and was told about their debt consolidation product, we did a quote etc only to be told that this is debt counselling, I immediately stopped the process and told the consultant that im not interested in this product. Suddenly when I attempt applying for credit im told that IDM Group ran a credit check on my profile and the application for debt review is still outstanding.

May that credit check please be removed as a matter of urgency and whatever debt review application because I did not sign any documents nor agree to nor apply for a debt review asseblief
